4 points to be remembered before prescribing LABETALOL in pregnancy.
✅1.Fetal Distress.A condition in which the fetus has not been receiving adequate quantity of oxygen.
✅2.Neonatal Bradycardia.Neonatal bradycardia is defined as a decrease in heart rate by 30 bpm (beats per minute)from baseline. Regarding neonatal resuscitation, bradycardia is concerning when the heart rate is less than 100 bpm. The primary cause of neonatal bradycardia is hypoxia.
✅3.Hypotension.
✅4.Hypoglycemia.Hypoglycaemia, also known as low blood sugar, is when blood sugar decreases to below normal levels. This may result in a variety of symptoms including clumsiness, trouble talking, confusion, loss of consciousness, seizures or death. A feeling of hunger, sweating, shakiness and weakness may also be present.

Trilopin AM Tablets ek combination medicine hai jisme Telmisartan (40 mg) aur Amlodipine (5 mg) hota hai. Ye medicine primarily high blood pressure (hypertension) ko control karne ke liye use hoti hai.

Telmisartan ek angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) hai jo blood vessels ko relax karta hai, jabki Amlodipine ek calcium channel blocker hai jo blood vessels ko widen karta hai. Dono milkar blood pressure ko effectively control karte hain aur heart par pressure kam karte hain.
